Circuit Training

This is a mixed ability class which challenges you to go the extra mile. It's an energizing workout packed with short bursts and a variety of different exercises with short breaks in between.

From calorie burning skipping to toning lunges. An excellent all over body workout. Circuit training will keep your heart rate high and help improve your fitness whilst creating a big calorie deficit to hit those fat stores. At the same time it targets specific body areas for increased strength and tone.
