Monday

Senior Ladies 10.00-11.00

Exercise to music in a friendly atmosphere. A gentle aerobic based workout focusing on strengthening and toning the key muscles whilst adding real value to your workout.

Mind Body Connection 12.00-13.00

This de-stressing mat workout centers around core stabalising breathing, stretching and inner strength concepts. Helping to improve posture by gently strengthening the back and abdominal areas. The slow controlled nature of this class make it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Aerobics 18.15-19.15

This fantastic class is a great calorie burning workout, which combines high, low and mixed impact moves to up beat music. Workout at your own pace and enjoy the experience.

Spinning (early 19.30-20.15 Late 20.15-21.00)

If you are looking for a fun and challenging class to boost fat burning and increase cardiovascular fitness then look no further. Spinning provides an energetic workout for all fitness levels.

Tuesday

Early Circuit 9.15 - 10.15

Start the day bright, early and on the right foot with our early circuit. Suitable for all levels this varied and fun circuit will build fitness, burn fat and shape muscle, providing a fun and challenging class!

Junior Circuit (early 4.00-4.45 Late 4.45-5.00)

This class is specifically for teenagers and is based on circuit training. A fun and enjoyable way to introduce physical activity to young people.

Wednesday

Senior Men's 10.15-11.15

Emphasis is placed on creating a more functional body to enable you to be more efficient in your every day lives. The class focuses on regaining your flexibility, maintaining core and muscular coordination.

Circuit 18.30-19.30

This is a mixed ability class which challenges you to go the extra mile. An energizing workout packed with short bursts and a variety of different exercises. From calorie burning skipping to toning lunges. An excellent all over body workout.

Zumba 7.45 - 8.45

Zumba Latin Dance-Fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic
fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term health benefits while
experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie burning, body energizing, awe

Fat Buster + Toner 18.15-19.15

This class is one stop shop for all your exercising needs. The class combines aerobic and circuit based movment to help raise the heart rate. The class focuses on strengthening and toning your muscles with a variety of mixed impact moves. A fun motivational class!

Friday

Contender 18.00-19.00

A boxing based workout incorporating upper body cardio work including using the punch bags and pads. Emphasis is placed on the muscle systems of the upper body, whilst maintaining a high heart rate to help lower body fat levels. Punch away the days frustrations whilst developing your fitness and physique.

Saturday

Body Bar 10.00-11.00

A whole body toning class which emphasizes high lactic acid levels in the body, whilst maintaining moderate heart rate levels. This promotes a stimulated metabolic rate, giving high levels of fat loss. All fitness levels are catered for and the intensity level is determined by you.

Sunday

Circuits 11.00-12.00

A Sunday circuit to help you sweat out the weekend sins! This circuit will keep your heart rate high and help improve your fitness whilst creating a big calorie deficit to hit those fat stores. At the same time it targets specific body areas for increased strength and tone.

Back
