A high energy wake up call designed to blast away any last signs of sleep! This all over body workout will push you to your limits and incorporates a variety of exercises to keep you on your toes. This fun and highly effective workout will make you look forward to Monday mornings!

Body Bar 18.00 - 19.00

A weight based class with no complicated moves. This class is ideal for weight loss and complete body toning. Targeting every major muscle group in your body and suitable for both men and women, body bar is sure to put the challenge back in your workout!

Spinning 19.00 - 19.45

A fantastic indoor cardiovascular workout, spinning will make you leave our studio wanting more! This challenging workout will burn calories as well as boost fat burning. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, but please be warned, you may become addicted!

Tuesday

Legs, Bums and Tums 18.30 - 19.30

This is a great workout for toning those target areas with this high intensity, circuit style workout. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Prepare to feel the burn as we squat and lunge our way to lower body bliss!

Yoga 19.45 - 20.45

Suitable for everyone! You don’t need to be flexible, that’s our aim! Stretch out, tone up and chill out. All for the body, not the mind! This serene workout will help promote flexibility as well as aiding muscle sculpture.

Wednesday

NEW! Suspension Training 18.00 - 18.45

Suspension training is a total body workout combining cardio, strength training & serious core work. Suspension training requires a good fitness base level and will improve strength and tone in a way you have never trained before.

NOTE: Prior to attending the class you must book in for a 1:1 with James/Suzanne to understand the basics of suspension training.

Boxing Circuits 19.00 - 20.00

This high intensity class is suitable for all abilities & fitness levels, as you can work to your own limits. Based on a mixture of bag, pad & abdominal work. This class is ideal for men & women who are looking to improve their fitness, firmness & overall body strength!

NEW! Step Aerobics 18.00 - 19.00

An energetic cardio workout incorporating the step-box. Step is a great calorie burner and aims to improve fitness and all over body toning. This old favourite is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a high intensity workout designed for maximum results and a lot of fun!
