"I decided to join the club because I wanted to get fit, and lose weight. A friend recommended the club who was already a member and I made myself come to the club. Initially I was not as committed, but I realised it was a waste of time and money if I didn’t put in the effort. So I made use of the PT and changed my programme which makes me work so much harder.

My goal is to be able to eat what I want and roughly stay the same, so I know that exercise is the only option!

"I was told that the club had toning tables and I thought it was an easy way to exercise, so I joined the club. But then I was booked in for a programme and I realised that it could be fun to work hard and that is what I’ve done. I really enjoy coming to the club and the team are always happy to help and make me feel really comfortable and they always have a smiling face and we have fun.

I suffer from epilepsy, and really bad balance, and since coming to the club, I have improved dramatically in my confidence, balance and general well being."

"I’ve been a member for a number a years, and the team are always pleasant and helpful. I come 3 to 4 times a week in the summer and in the winter 4 to 5 times a week, as I have more time. I am a keen exerciser and like the extensive range of equipment and make the most of using it.

The team are always friendly and the club is always comfortable to workout in.

I’ve started to use the classes and am enjoying the body bar class.

I regular massage my legs in the sauna, which I find really helpful and also a good way to relax after a hard workout. I also like the added bonus of being able to top up my tan at the club too!"
